About QuakeLab's DIY Inclusion Strategy

QuakeLab's DIY Inclusion Strategy is an online self-guided course that will support you to:

  • Audit the state of diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organization;
  • Understand your organizational culture – and who you really are;
  • Understand the needs and experiences of your internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop tactics, an evaluation method, and a budget for your inclusion work. 


Based on the same framework of design thinking and results-based management as our bespoke consulting work, this is an online self-paced course that provides an affordable option for organizations that want actionable strategy but aren’t able to engage with us for a full scope of work.

By the end of this course, you will have:

  • A completed diversity, equity, and inclusion audit for your organization

  • Empathy maps and journey maps for your stakeholders

  • An action plan for institutionalizing inclusion

The Founder and CEO of QuakeLab, a full-stack communications and inclusion agency, Sharon Nyangweso specializes in a radical new approach to diversity and inclusion that is measurable, strategic, and based on a strong foundation of design thinking. A thought leader in moving inclusivity from aspiration to action and empathetic community engagement, Sharon is a regular contributor and panelist on CBC radio and television, Rabble.ca, Live 88.5, and CTV.
